Welcome to Zensnap! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Zensnap mobile application ("App"), a yoga and wellness application operated by Perchune Inc ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Use of the App
- Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.
- License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
- Account Registration: You must provide accurate information during registration and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Restrictions: You may not modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, or create derivative works of the App, or use it in any way that violates applicable laws.
2. Health Disclaimer
- The App provides general yoga and wellness information, not medical advice
- Consult healthcare providers before starting any exercise program
- Users participate in yoga activities at their own risk
3. Subscriptions and Payments
- Subscription Plans: Zensnap offers premium features through monthly and annual subscription plans ("Subscriptions"). Details of these plans, including pricing, are available within the App.
- Payment: Subscriptions are processed via the App Store (Apple) and Google Play Store and are subject to their payment terms. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law or platform policies.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your respective app store account.
4. Privacy and Data Collection
- We collect and process the following data:
- Authentication data through Firebase (email, name)
- Usage analytics and crash reports
- User preferences and activity logs
- Device information and app performance data
- All data is stored securely on Firebase servers with industry-standard encryption
- Users have the right to access, modify, and request deletion of their data
